Our Health Professional Program
Working with patients can be enormously rewarding, and at the same time, the physical, mental, and emotional exhaustion leads to burnout and position turnover, which results in significant costs and consequences to health systems. Harmony Hill retreats and workshops optimize provider well-being and resilience, promote healthy work relationships, and enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction. Below is a list of current programs. Customized programs can be developed for specific providers or workplace teams. They can be offered at various retreat centers in the Pacific Northwest, on-site at a hospital or clinic, or virtually.

Health Professionals Healing Circles
Join us on the 2nd & 4th Wednesday of each month for an opportunity to connect with other healthcare professionals/workers in a supportive, guided session of sharing and reflection.
Healing Circles offer a path to healing through a process that invites us to embrace our wholeness. It is a time set aside to attune, gather intention around and consider how compassion can provide the platform for renewal.
This program is offered at NO CHARGE to Health Professionals. We make this as an offering of support to the brave people who have stood in the gap during this tragic pandemic, and for all the service they have given long before the pandemic started.
