What do we mean by mindful activities? Many people on retreat see this time as a way to reconnect with themselves and their life. Activities can sometimes keep you from that connection. But, if you do these activities with mindful awareness, they can lead to as many insights as walking the labyrinth.

Then there are those who see a retreat as a well deserved time to do some activities they just don’t have time to do.
