Cancer Program Curricula
Our primary programs are designed to help individuals find emotional, mental and spiritual healing in the face of life-threatening or chronic illness. Inspired by the acclaimed Commonweal Cancer Help Program, our flagship three-day cancer retreats, plus our one-day programs: "Tools for the Journey: Living with Cancer" and "Thriving Beyond Cancer," offer experiences and education that help individuals explore the issues, choices, feelings, and concerns associated with a cancer diagnosis.
Renewal Curricula
Harmony Hill also offers support for individuals looking to improve general health and vitality. Yoga workshops and a new Sustainability Series highlight our vision to promote personal and social growth which can have a positive impact on the community.
Our beautiful Hood Canal facilities are also available to businesses, nonprofits and other groups for off-site meetings, team-building, and workshops. Both overnight and single-day events are welcome. Rentals can include a variety of wellness session options provided by Harmony Hill staff and faculty.
Health Professional Curricula
Harmony Hill also provides occasional workshops that help conventional medical practitioners understand and use complementary therapies to add depth to their traditional medical practice. Our core program is designed to help health care workers use evidence-based mind-body techniques to cope with the high levels of stress and burnout that are endemic to the profession today.
